Will these make me appear taller? 

Yes, the Medium Cushy will add 1 inch (2.5cm) to your total height.

Do I need to remove the original shoe insoles to insert these? 

We found it best to remove the original shoe insole/insert. 


If you cannot, it's not a big deal, you can simply  add the Cushyinsole on top of the older original insoles. 

Will they fit in Cowboy boots?

Lots of our customers use these insoles for tactical boots, steel-toe boots, older running shoes, and flat shoes.
